The Wiener Neustädter Hütte is an ideal climbing base for bouldering, sport climbing and alpine climbing routes, all of which can be reached in a maximum of 15 minutes.
The hut is located in the Austrian cirque on the west side of the Zugspitze. The rock is pure weathered limestone, rough and grippy. After a strenuous day of climbing, you can really relax at Guido's hut.
The area around the hut offers plenty of bouldering on large and small boulders. Climbing courses can also be held here.

You can easily reach Obermoos, Ehrwald by car or public transport.
From here you can climb up or take the Zugspitzbahn and descend the Stopselzieher via ferrata to the climbing garden.

Hier wurde Ehrwalder Klettergeschichte geschrieben. Im Kaiserkopf befinden sich ausschließlich alpine Routen bestens abgesichert. Die Routen wurden in den letzten Jahren neu eingerichtet und gebohrt.
Der Wetterstoaner Weg ist heute noch die Prüfungstour für Anwärter der HG Wetterstoaner.
