3 via ferrata tips in the Steinberge mountains
- Schuasta-Gangl (Steinplatte)
This via ferrata was opened by the Waidring mountain rescue service and leads to the summit of the Steinplatte (1,700 m). The via ferrata is best climbed from June to October and is secured with clamps and ropes throughout - although the distances between the clamps are a little further apart in places. The natural rock composition in difficulty levels C/D is a dream for via ferrata fans. - Panorama via ferrata (Henne)
Even less experienced climbers will find their happiness on this via ferrata! Along the way, there are wonderful views of the Kitzbühel Alps, the Kaiser Mountains, the Loferer and Leoganger Steinberge, the Berchtesgaden Mountains and the Hohe Tauern. The crossing of the summit (1,900 m) to the Wildseeloderhaus, an idyllic hut with a view of a crystal-clear mountain lake and home-made hut delicacies, is particularly beautiful. For those who prefer something a little more challenging, there is a variant in C/D. Best time of year: June to October. - Via ferrata Marokka
Experience a bird's eye view of Fieberbrunn on this via ferrata for the whole family. On the sporty route (difficulty level B/C), you climb up to the beautiful summit (2,019 m) in the best possible safety. The tour with an alpine character offers everything a via ferrata fan could wish for: an exciting route, challenging passages, a swinging rope bridge and, last but not least, a beautiful summit.
