Climbing gyms in Paznaun
Indoor fun for everyone
If you want to climb or boulder, you are spoiled for choice in the Paznaun Valley. High above Galtür, at 2,000 m, is the Silvapark - one of the best bouldering areas in Tyrol. Especially in the summer months, when it is very hot in many places, the (climbing) temperatures here are pleasant. Bernd Zangerl, the "bouldering pope" of Tyrol, opened the first bouldering routes here and established the most difficult boulder in Tyrol with Anam Cara 8C. There are now around 175 routes in all grades, as well as Austria's first children's bouldering area.
But that's not all: several via ferratas, including one especially for families, a bouldering wall in the Alpinarium and 2 climbing arenas in the vicinity of the Jamtaler and Heidelberger Hütte complete the climbing offer in Paznaun.
A true paradise for alpinists, climbing freaks and those who want to become one!
