The rock towers are located at the north-northeast ridge of the Muttekopf which leads from the Scharnitzsattel up to the summit. All belays are equipped with bolts. Nevertheless, you should bring mobile security devices for better securing with you.
In Spring the climb can be combined with a ski tour to the Muttekopf or the Scharnitzkopf.
The routes were established and first climbed in 2012 and 2013 by the Feistl family.
