Via the easy Dr. Julius Mayr via ferrata to the summit of the Brünnstein.
Directly on the border with the Kufsteinerland, the tour to the Bavarian panoramic summit promises the Brünnstein a first-class view of the entire region. The easy via ferrata on the south-eastern side of the summit structure is a nice alternative to the normal route and also suitable for children.

Access
From the Buchau inn, follow trail 652 and the signs for Brünnsteinhaus. The forest path is not very demanding up to there. When you reach the Brünnsteinhaus, the normal path branches off to the left and the Dr. Julius Mayr Klettersteig to the right.
Descent
The descent is along the normal path on the south side of the summit.
Public transport
The journey by public transport is only possible to the train station Oberaudorf. From there it is about 2 hours on foot in addition.

There is a parking lot on the left side of the road before the Buchau Inn, free of charge.
