  • Sparchen climbing garden - climbing in the "Schodagruab'n"
    A real must for every passionate sport climber! The Sparchen climbing garden is located behind the gravel works in Kufstein, at the foot of an almost 200 m high wall. The climbing here is very challenging. Over 100 routes, most of them in difficulty levels 8 to 10, await experienced sport climbers - including legendary routes such as "Tequila", the first 8a route in Tyrol, "Il piccolo orso", "Metallica" and "Zauberlehrling". Sparchen is one of the historic climbing gardens in Tyrol and is one of the nuclei of Tyrolean sport climbing. Due to its shady and sheltered location, the climbing garden is ideal for climbing, especially on very warm days, but also in the rain.

    The second challenging climbing garden in Kufstein after Sparchen. A historic milestone in the sport of climbing: Hans Dülfer climbed the first routes here, while top Tyrolean climbers such as Gerhard Hörhager, Stefan Fürst and Franz Kröll laid the foundations for climbing at the highest level of difficulty. Climbing enthusiasts can try their hand at some of the most difficult routes in Austria here. In total, the south face, which is up to 80 m high in places, offers over 50 routes in the best rock, graded between 6a and 9a. The approach to the climbing garden is short.

    A delicacy for experienced sport climbers and extreme climbers! The varied, technically challenging climbing garden is located at an altitude of 1,100 m and faces south. Climbing in beautiful limestone is possible here. The 6 sectors offer test pieces from 30 years of climbing history, with difficulty levels ranging from 5a to 9a.

    The Multerkarwand offers the perfect introduction to alpine climbing. Situated at 1,440 m, this alpine climbing garden awaits climbers with routes ranging in difficulty from 3a to 7a. It is ideal for beginners and slightly advanced climbers. In addition to several sport climbing routes, there are also multi-pitch routes. The starting point is the Gasthof Jägerwirt in Scheffau. The approach is pleasant, and it is also possible to reach the Wegscheid-Hochalm by mountain bike.
