The climbing hall in the middle of Tyrol
The mountain station - anyone who doesn't immediately think of a climbing hall is no longer "up to date". Building such a hall is one thing, equipping it with routes of all difficulties and running it with motivation and friendliness is another. However, those responsible in Telfs have certainly more than succeeded.
Let`s get ready to rock
The universally "popular" Monday is drawing to a close once again, quickly put the climbing equipment in the car and then it's off to the mountain station. There are new boulders to test again, because in Telfs there is always a lot of work going on - after all, there should never be a dull moment. New "challenges" and projects are quickly found that can be worked on over the next few weeks. The atmosphere in the mountain station is always special - friendly people, good sound and climbing action at its best.
There really are boulders of every difficulty, whether in the large indoor area or the cozy outdoor area - there is something for everyone. But the lead climbing area is also worth seeing - with both an indoor and outdoor area. After climbing, you can give it your all on the "campus board" or on the training boulder wall on the upper floor of the mountain station.
Whether it's a leisurely afternoon or after work in the evening - the opening hours of the mountain station leave no room for excuses. MO-FR the hall is open from 14:00 - 22:00, on Sundays and public holidays until 20:00. Please also note the winter opening times, which means you can get your workout in right after breakfast.
After climbing, we recommend a cold beer or a good coffee at the bar!
A big compliment to those responsible in Telfs - many climbers have been waiting for a hall like this. So if you haven't been there yet, you should visit as soon as possible and see for yourself.
