Not all bars are the same. After a strenuous day of climbing, the body needs support for muscle building and regeneration.

The recipe for the protein bar:
150 g oat flakes
50 g raisins
250 g curd cheese
200 ml milk
5 egg whites (beat into egg whites)
coconut flakes
vanilla pod
Preparation of the egg white bar:
Mix the whole mixture together and, depending on the consistency, perhaps add flakes (spelt, oats). Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake in the oven for half an hour at 160°C - the surface should be golden brown. Leave to cool and then cut into bar-shaped pieces.
