When strength and concentration wane during climbing, the body needs a quick energy boost. Muesli bars are easy to take and nutritious. Homemade energy bars in particular provide a quick and healthy supply of energy. And: homemade tastes best! Have fun trying and tasting them.
The recipe for the energy bar:
30 g almonds
30 g walnuts
30 g sunflower seeds
100 g dried apricots
50 g raisins
1 fruit of the season
100 g flakes
1 pinch of salt
3 tbsp honey
Preparation of the energy bar:
Chop all the dry ingredients in a blender, add the remaining ingredients and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake for ½ hour at 180 degrees and cut the bars while still warm and leave to cool.
