Mauerfix - Climbing holes and ledges on Tyrolean conglomerate
In our search for new challenges in Tyrol, we discovered a special feature: the Fuchsschorfen near Nassereith with its conglomerate.
Ideal for the Mauerfix group because the levels of difficulty are quite varied. But be careful: make sure you warm up well, as the small ledges and holes in the conglomerate are poison for your fingers. In general, the tours are quite boulder-heavy, as the low average wall height of 10m means that no endurance is required. Despite the bathing weather, we found good conditions as the climbing garden is protected by trees and therefore offers plenty of shade. We can recommend a very nice 6b: The Super Crack route, where the name says it all!

In addition to a belay device, climbing harness and rope, your equipment should also include swimming trunks/bikini, as the obligatory dip in the cool water after climbing is a must in the climbing and lake village of Nassereith.
If the route home takes you over the Holzleitensattel: be sure to stop by the "Wurst und Durst" snack bar! You can enjoy a cool beer after climbing from time to time.
With this in mind:
Auiziagen (pull up, when climbing) and Oifliagen (fall down, the jump into the lake)
