Whether it's a first multi-pitch climb, bouldering with a pro or sport climbing for families - there's something for everyone on the Climbing with Respect action day. Where are you going?

1st bouldering introduction with Louis Gundolf

TVB Pitztal, Mandlers Boden - 08.06.2024

At Mandlers Boden, both families with children and top climbers will find the right bouldering block. The numerous bouldering blocks offer different levels of difficulty. A path connects the various blocks and the large meadow in the middle of the bouldering area is the perfect meeting point for the day of action.

Young climber Louis Gundolf will accompany you and give you valuable tips on how to get started with bouldering. An experienced nature educator will introduce you to the fascinating habitat of flora and fauna around the Mandlers Boden. You will receive a wealth of information that will make for an exciting and respectful climbing day.

Meeting point: 10:00 am, just below the Wegscheid-Hochalm/Scheffau (signpost with location board - Wegscheid-Hochalm - where the MTB route ends)(to register)

4. sport climbing for families

TVB Achensee, Grubaplatte/Mauritzalm- 08.06.2024

Who is this event for? For families. Participation is free of charge. Procedure: On this day you will receive various inputs from TVB Achensee, from Nature Park Ranger Sebastian and from a mountain guide. What do you need? Please bring your own harness, shoes, helmet and belay device. Catering is provided by Bio vom Berg. How much time you need to plan: All day. The event takes place on June 8, 2024 from 08:30 to 16:00 at the latest.

Meeting point: 08:30 am, Rofan cable car valley station Achenseestrasse 10, 6212 Maurach. Arrival: from Jenbach train station take line 8332 to Maurach Rofan cable car(more info here).

Who is this event for? For climbers who want to learn more rock techniques, including multi-pitch techniques. Participation is free of charge. Procedure: On this day you will receive various inputs from the TVB Innsbruck, from nature park ranger Iris and from the SAAC mountain guide Robert. What do you need? Please bring your own harness, shoes, helmet and belay device. Catering is provided by Bio vom Berg. How much time you need to plan: All day. The event takes place on June 8, 2024 from 09:30 to 16:00 at the latest.
