Part 2 of our series on "spectacular" via ferratas takes us from East Tyrol via the Wilder Kaiser into the Tyrolean Oberland to Ötztal and St. Anton am Arlberg. The latter town is best known for its famous ski resort in winter. But you can also be active in St. Anton in summer and enjoy the Tyrolean and Vorarlberg mountains on a via ferrata, for example.

In addition to the Dopamine via ferrata, there is also the Adrenalin via ferrata in the Galitzenklamm gorge. It is quicker to access and, with a climbing time of 3 hours, longer than the Dopamine. The crux (E) can be bypassed.
The snack station in the Galitzenklamm gorge is a nice place to stop for refreshments after the two via ferratas.
2nd Burgsteinwand (D) - Ötztal vacation region
The start is only 5 minutes away between Längenfeld and Huben. The via ferrata on the Burgsteinwand is difficult, exposed and built into the vertical wall. Not for the faint-hearted!
3rd Arlberg via ferrata (D) - St. Anton am Arlberg vacation region
It is best to buy a combined via ferrata ticket at the Galzigbahn valley station. The Arlberg via ferrata always leads along the ridge and offers varied and high alpine climbing. The descent from the Weißschrofenspitze should not be underestimated.
4th Kufstein via ferrata (D) - Wilder Kaiser vacation region

The starting point for the Kufstein via ferrata is the Anton-Karg-Haus with its own bakery and overnight accommodation. From there, you can reach the start of the Kufstein via ferrata in around 1 hour.
5th Kaiserschützen via ferrata (B/C) - Wilder Kaiser vacation region

The Kaiserschützensteig can also be reached from the Anton-Karg-Haus after a 1.5 hour ascent. The via ferrata requires a very good level of fitness.
